Not the most practical or smooth experience, but if you really cannot satisfy your need for Ultima 7, you can play it on mobile fairly easily.

There are several Android ports of DOSBox, I chose one at random (IDosBox) for this situation.

Put the game files for Ultima( or really whichever dos game you want) into an easy to find directory, the base directory if possible

mount /storage/emulated/0 as a drive in DOSBox, set Ems to false, and you can run the game. Just thought this was a fun experiment!!
