Well I applied the upgrade patch to the gog ultima 3, but now the gog launcher crashes when I try to start it. Anyone have any idea on how to fix that?

edit: Shit forgot to make this a yellow topic.

Reinstall, then download Pix's Ultima patcher from here. Scroll down to "miscellaneous" and grab version 1.53. Run that and install the patch that way to make sure it's done correctly.

If that's what you already did... I'm out of ideas. :(
