So, I'm getting the Serpent Treasures but the Hound of Doskar won't track Yelinda into Gorlab Swamp no matter what I do. I picked up Zulith's scroll that reveals that you need to find Yelinda, and picked up her necklace. I went to the entrance of Gorlab Swamp, called the Hound with the whistle, but I just get a dialogue saying the Hound is confused. This will prevent me from finishing the game, since the Serpent Armor is needed. The Hound has tracked everything until now. Yelinda's necklace is the only thing he won't track. Could this be a glitch? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It should work if you got the right necklace, set it on the ground, and call the hound on it. But I'm pretty sure actually having the hound track her is completely unnecessary. You can just go right in the swamp and find her.

Thank you for your response. Actually, I went to the immediately previous save, did everything the same, except that I talked to Ruggs first before picking anything up. The first time I did it, I hadn't talked to Ruggs. And it worked because the hound tracked her. I found Yelinda in the Gorlab Swamp and I now have the Serpent Armor.
