The latest one was replacing Boxer (a Dosbox fork) with Dosbox as that offers now a better way to habdle savegames (with a mount point just for newly created files) which is especially usefull when you use GOG Galaxy with its savegames in the cloud.
The one before was when they split the two U7 games and added the ™ in the app name.
Very annoying as I have no way to monitor when they change the download again ;(

I wonder if you could contact GOG and have them give you a heads up every time they're changing stuff again.

Could you not automate the process of installing the game every day and seeing where it puts stuff?

Not really. Their installer script is not automated and I really don't want to have to run such a job anyway just to test for their changes every couple of months...
