I just downloaded ufo:afterlight and all the files are .bin files. I searched all over the internet to find out what they are and how to use them but any program I found basically needs to be purchased and only burns the file to a cd. Is there a way of opening and using .bin files like this so I can simply install it to my computer (preferably free)? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

there should be a .exe file that runs the .bin files. Make sure you download all the files from gog, then stick them in the same folder and run the setup.exe file.

Ha,ha that certainly would make sense, now wouldn't it? Got it working fine now... Thanks again bro!
I'm currently downloading my copy. My daughter is having issues with her copy. She's running windows 7 64 bit version. She's disabled driver signature verification so it quit refusing to run because of an unsigned driver. Now it crashes because of star force. That's a DRM system. These games are supposed to be free of DRM. I'm sure I'm about to start having the same issues when I try to do my install after the download completes. I've been to the star force website. It's possible to update or to remove star force. Which should I do to get ufo aftershock to work on a windows 7 64 bit version? Since games purchased from you are supposed to be DRM free, I'm hoping all I have to do is remove star force.
Not Compatible with Intel Graphics Cards apparently... this is the response from GOG help desk:-
Hello,

I'm afraid that this game is incompatible with Intel graphics devices,
as stated on it's game card.

So, you know what to do: let her actually buy the game from GOG, and DL it from GOG.
