As others have said, Two Worlds is a little rough around the edges. The dialogue is terrible in a very funny way and there doesn't seem to be any attempt at lipsyncing after the first couple of dialogue scenes. Having said that once you get past the initial part of the steep learning curve you'll find a huge world to loose yourself in.
Don't worry about the story, infact stay away from the guy waiting for you in the first town, that starts the main quest, just do the villager quests and the world will unfold around you. You'll find lots dungeons and villages that aren't markered on your map so go and see whats in the big empty spaces. Be warned, its a dangerous world and you will die when an orge splats you with one hit. The jump back key is your best friend.
To get past the initial stages follow the tips in this guide, http://twoworldsvault.ign.com/View.php?view=Guides.Detail&id=10 , and immerse yourself in one of the best kept secrets in aRPG gaming.
