There are supposed to be two trainers at the brotherhood camp. I have only found one. The other, I would assume, is the one I'm looking for because I'm trying to get the 2 weapon training. Does anyone know what the name of the second trainer is and where he can be found.

Did you ever figure this one out? If not, one is named Relgar Asdamur (I believe he's the one you found). The other is Hab Measur, and you should find him immediately right of the gate, beside the tent (between the tent and the wall is where he stands in my game).
