Two Worlds Epic Edition

Since the game is on sale now I just wanted to point out that the game is great. Judging by the opinions one may think that it's total shit, but it's not the case. Maybe it was patched since or these reviews are about console version or perhaps it is because the game is in old style.

I heard it had some problems with low FPS back than, but on modern PC's it should run great on low end.

Only real problem I can see now is enemies area of attack. If you go more farther they will stop and stand still and than go back. It's not about stop chasing, but rather they are tied to areas. But it's not so bad as it read's. Also the game might seem difficult at first. Fighting could be better, but it's not the worst I have seen. Famously bad voice acting does not seem that bad to me. I played it just for 9 hours, but is seems like I will be playing a lot more :)

I really recommend it. Also it is cheap so you wont loose a lot anyway.

One thing I don't like is that you can't create your own character and be female, but you could do that in multiplayer. I played through Two Worlds 2 in multiplayer once before and it was a blast.

I purchased this one a while back, even after having it on disk from a magazine.

This game is great, runs good. Funny main character, so-so npcs, nice map, meh main quest.
It's a great time waster.

Too bad that at times the combat is hardened by the sheer amount of enemies all running for you.
But I enjoy it immensely. So much so, that I even have Two Worls I and II and Castle defense on Gog and on Steam. :)

For added thrills, I decided to go full archer.

The main problem is, this game (Two Worlds 1) is unbalanced. I didn't play other characters but mage is total nothing in beginning, even in higher level, his spells are so weak and underpowered until... until you get some point in game progress and you start collect % raise power cards. You can collect lot of cards on mage guilds and you become unbeatable monster, then you never need use any weapon or armor, because with that power os spell nothing in game can beat you or make serious damage.

Ok it is maybe fun, but until you dont know, you are in doubt if this game is right. I think it is not good game for mages.
