Most of us get a response within 24-48 hours (except on weekends), 12 days is not normal. Have you checked your spam filter to be sure the response wasn't accidentally caught? Did you try to send a follow up message to GOG?

Same happened/happening to me, too. Although I haven't been waiting for 12 days only 3 but at least now I know what to expect.

Still it's quiet irritating that they can't keep they promises.

More over i tried to reach them all day - literally from morning 'till now - and I weren't able to send them any message at all 'till now. It's a joke!

Have you sent them another email?

I have sent probably 6-8 emails through gog.com, posted messages on their facebook account, and posted many times in the forums and still no key. It's been over a month ago. Their support is basically non-existant.

I keep at it because I'm just curious how long it will take them to get me my key.

yes, this cd key is for a friend, in my Two Worlds account there are server whit 50-100 people.

Just got my CD key a few seconds ago. It took several days, but not more than a week I think, even during these busy holidays. I also got this patch file:

files.gog.com/support/setup_two_worlds_multiplayer_tab.exe

which should really be added to my account page under my game if it isn't.


Looks like once you get your key, you install this patch, but I haven't tried it quite yet.

I didn't need the hotfix in order to play online, so you probably don't need to bother using it unless you run into problems.
