Long having been a console gamer I am more familiar with playing this type of game through a controller handling character movement, camera movement, interaction and attack; moving via the keyboard and camera on mouse just feels unnatural to me.

I believe it is easier to use an X-Box controller, however, the only controller I currently have available is a Dualshock 3.

Now I have already managed to get my laptop to see the Dualshock as a game controller device and both X360CE and Xpadder (last free version) can see it but neither seem to detect the sticks which is leaving them inert.

I also got the Two Worlds Control Panel and can enable a pad as the input device from there, however, while this sort of works it entirely disables the keyboard - still required even with a pad I believe - and navigating via the directional buttons is skipping every other menu entry* never mind the non-functional sticks. So that's not much use.

So, has anyone managed to get a Dualshock 3 working with Two Worlds and if so, how?

Cheers for any pointers and help.

* - For instance, I can't highlight the 'Exit Game' on the main menu when in pad mode, and have to quit via Task Manager.
