To request a key go to the Two Worlds contact page, select "multiplayer key request" from the "-- choose one --" box, and fill in a simple message. The GOG staff will then email you a key as soon as they get the chance.

I got my key within a day or two back when Two Worlds was first released, but right now the GOG staff that aren't still on holiday will be extra busy with this huge Christmas sale so it could be some time before they are able to get back to you.

EDIT: note that the key email might end up in your spam somehow. Adding support@gog.com to your contacts should ensure any GOG support emails will be delivered to your inbox and not the spam folder.

thanks. Have done that, will now just wait and see
I bought Two Worlds a day or so before Christmas and requested the Key then. I had it in my e-mail on Tuesday following the Christmas Weekend.
I asked week or two ago and didn't get it yet.

Make sure the email didn't get caught in your spam folder. If it's not there, you can try submitting the request again; that has worked for some people.
I requested the key on the 23rd and they mailed back the key on the 27th. Didn't seem an unreasonable timeframe given the holiday. I used the contact form from the support page.
I'm on the same boat, i asked for a key 4 days ago and still nothing, checked my junk folder but nothing there.

Guess i'll keep bashing bears for a while longer.

There's a decent chance you'll get it early next week... it usually takes a few days and the team that sends them out doesn't work on weekends. I received mine yesterday and I think I requested it on Monday, or possibly over last weekend.

If you don't get it though, you can try submitting a second request, that has worked for several people.

Also, I had heard that the email account that sends out the keys was support-AT-gog.com, but mine actually game from hd-games-AT-gog.com. In case that helps anyone with it getting caught in their spam filter.

Took a while but finally got it!

Now i'm ready to go bash inlaws in the face with my buddy Superfly.
Did any of you get a link to a multiplayer Hotfix?

I got the link but I'm not sure if I need to download it. They didn't give any details as to what the hotfix fixes. The only thing weird I've noticed in multiplayer is that when I go into a house and close the door everything goes black except for my weapons and a few other things.

And I'm not sure if it's a bug or not but I fought a golem that was invisible.heh Might be a multiplayer bug I guess.

Anyway just wondering if I should run the hot fix or not?
