I've found a "fun" glitch for this game - one of the enemies you have to kill in level two, the River of Souls is missing. I've searched the entire level twice and the only possibility is one of the three sisters of despair never spawned. Which makes the level impossible to complete.

I noticed a different (much less significant) scripted event fail to trigger for me in level two as well. I loaded a save from before the event was meant to trigger and it worked fine the second time. Unless you've got a save from before the scripting bug happened for you then this is probably not very helpful information.

Great, so I have to do the entire level over and hope the scripts trigger properly. Wonderful.

i'm having trouble with this aswell, the sister in the graveyard didnt spawn.
isnt there a console command or something else to still trigger it?.
