I saw the news about how Turok 2 got a new update. It's listed on Nightdive's website and also on Steam but the game hasn't been updated on GOG. Why not?

Good to know that the update is coming at some point though.

I think a part of it is the cross play needing some fine tuning so it works between all platforms and store fronts. There may have been some issues there.

At least for the Windows version this update is now available. I hope the Mac version will be updated soon too.

Seems like with the new update the game isn't able to authenticate thru GOG Galaxy. I've made sure the Galaxy client is up to date and it has the new update cause I can see the 8 player slots. But it only offers local and LAN multiplayer modes. Other versions I have is able to show the playfab crossplay mode.
