So I have decided I don't like the default crosshairs the game comes with. It is entirely too small. I found a steam forum that was about this same thing. What it said to do was create a file within the Turok installation file and name that gfx. Then within that file create another called hud. Then within that file create a .png file that is the crosshair you want with a transparent background. I did this (which was pretty simple) and still no new crosshair. I don't suppose any of you fine gentlemen, or ladies, would know what I can do about this?
In your kexengine.cfg, change the "0" in the following line to "1":

seta developer "0"

This allows the game to load unpackaged files.

Alternatively, you could put your gfx folder in a zip file, change the extension to kpf, and put that in a new "mods" folder. That type of mod will be loaded even when dev mode is off.
