I could absolutely swear that back when I played Tropico the last time, you could rotate pretty much every building before placing it. Now I can only rotate some. For example, I can rotate the Church, but not the School. I cannot rotate Bars either, which is silly because they have such an awkward shape. Is this some strange new version I downloaded from GOG?

Yeah somehow I do recall you were able to rotate more buildings. But I also might be mistaken, since it is a long time ag I played the T1 too.
Just bought it and started to get back into it....

Has anyone else come across this? Is there a way to rotate all buildings?
Some buildings can be rotated, some can't. I'm not sure why this is.
