Is there a reason why Tropico 6 - Caribbean Skies is not available for Linux while all other DLCs and the base game are available for it? I thought if I wait a little bit it will be updated but after almost 3 months still no Tux on the shop page. :-(

That's a false information on the store page. The DLC is available for Linux as well, look at the attached screenshot. :)
