Hello all,
I have issues with Trine1, Trine2 and Trine3
issues are all 3 games constantly disconnecting the xbox wireless controller, and constantly switching between two button mappings.
The wireless controller I am using is the microsoft latest wireless controller which comes standard with Xbox series X, and it is supposed to work natively with windows10 with no issues.

The controller is updated with the latest firmware.
I think that the issues are related to the fact that the games recognize two controllers (screenshot attached) there shouldn't be two controllers, and one of them is with different mappings, and the games use both detected controllers in different menu places, and it is a mess! even when I choose the correct one in the input settings, some places in the game menu system still switches to the other controller and even in gameplay.
the other issue is constant disconnects of the controller, and do not redirect me about this, it only happens with trine games! (except for trine4, it is working just fine)

I want to underline/stress on that the issues are only with Trine1, Trine2, and Trine3 games, Trine4 is working perfectly without any issues!

Any help is more than welcome

Sorry to hear the controller is not working with them. Unfortunately Series X is so new that we haven't had the chance to even test our older games with the new controllers yet, but it's entirely possible that there are some compatibility issues there. If possible, I recommend testing if the same problem occurs if you use the controller with a wired connection instead of wireless - let us know what the outcome is, if you're able to test that.

I've forwarded the info to our QA team and we'll test this as soon as we can, so thanks for letting us know!
