In the interest of getting at least one patch, I'm asking everyone to post bugs found in the game. Bugs are serious glitches that either break the game or make it needlessly difficult, not features you think should be added or suggestions for better level design or item placement. If you must add suggestions, place them in an addendum at the bottom of your post, marked 'Suggested actions'.

Minor bugs would be something trivial like the little girl in the Mayor's house (the Mayor of the first island you start on, as there are other Mayors) clipping through the right wall. Unless there's a secret there, I'm reasonably convinced that she's meant to stop and turn around at that wall.

Major bugs would be something that cause you to lose health or the game entirely, such as at the first boss (in the pyramid), you can stand on top of the rock monster's fist before triggering the fight, talk to your parrot, and for whatever reason you clip through the fist and hit the spikes which are supposed be covered by the ground underneath the sleeping monster. Another one would be in that same boss fight, specifically at the end of the fight, whereupon you're tossed off the platform you hit its eyes from, and have a significant chance of being flung onto the fist that has its spike pointed up, killing you if you've only one or two hit points left.

Breakrys bugs, and why they make getting 200 coins more painful than is necessary: Firstly, the hit detection on the ball is off. It will arbitrarily reverse direction when hitting the ceiling, indicating that it's at least partially clipping through it. Additionally, the player can inadvertently slam the ball into the ground if hitting it while the hook is in the 'downswing' phase of its arc. Secondly, the timer seems to skip a second every so often. I can't tell if this is related to multicore CPUs or not, but I'll bet it is. Suggested actions: Add more time. Add 'exit minigame' option for those who feel they can't salvage a run of the game and don't want to wait for the timer to run out. Reduce the amount of time I have to stare at the 'TIME UP' screen before it pops me back into the Holocade. Raise the 'bar' that spawns the 1-point crystals, so the ball doesn't slam back at too high a speed for the player to react. Add 'Practice' mode games so player can determine whether or not it's worth spending money on a Holocade membership. Restructure the minigame entirely, allowing the player to manipulate the ball by holding a plank or something over his head.

Getting the flag actually slows the boat down.

The map coordinates for the Flashlight are at a point that the player must pass through the Treasure #6 cave to get to. The compass should reflect as much.

When I dive underwater, if I slide against a wall I can no longer hold Jump to swim up, and must press Jump repeatedly.

That's the effect of the wind. When the wind is against you, the boat moves slowly, which can lead to horrifying death at the hands of sharks and bees. When the wind is with you, on the other hand, you move SUPADUPAFAST and nothing can hope to catch you.
Hmm, for me it always felt like I'd sail with normal speed when the wind was with me and much slower when it was against me. Pretty annoying to pay for something that in fact slows you down. But on the other hand I didn't care too much, because at that point of the game I used to travel with the dimensional fragments most of the time.

About Breakrys: I wouldn't consider this as a bug. You have to figure out how to play this game (and of course wear the correct hat). Once you understand how to succeed, you will beat the 3200 points without any problems.
Btw: You get 500 coins as a reward and not 200.
It doesn't matter how fast you move with the wind if it means you have to travel almost entirely around the world to get where you want to go, because traveling in the direction where your destination is closest to you wouldn't take much longer with the wind against you. Without a means of manually changing the direction of the wind, whether via magic or by GloboCorp's weather-control satellites, it's a completely superfluous addition. Made even more so once you figure out the inter-dimensional travel method, which you should have by the time you get to the point of being able to buy the flag.

Partial clipping against boundaries resulting in immediate reversal of lateral movement is a bug. I mentioned several things about Breakrys, so I don't know what you're referring to without any specification. It doesn't matter how you play if the game arbitrarily glitches out. It would be like trying to make a putt with the green shifting its incline at any random time. You could have all the skill in the world to make a shot on a static incline, but that skill doesn't matter if the mound moves while the ball is in motion. Btw: 500 coins prize - 100 coins for the hat - 200 for the Holocade membership = 200 coins.
In the GloboCorp factory, you can kill that first robot with lightning from the tank BUT because you are standing on level ground with it, you fire the lightning at 'face height' with the robot, which apparently is a 'safe spot' for it. The lightning passes right by it, harmlessly. I'm forced to jump over that bot, unavoidably taking damage.
During the factory fight against Roelof and Lugus, Roelof will get stuck in the sword-swinging animation when struck, and instead of being stunned, will run around in the flashing-red 'recovery' state.
Just out of curiosity, did you enjoy this game? Every thread or post I have read of yours, it looks like you are complaining about minor glitches. While some of these glitches were annoying (I have experienced many of the ones you mentioned) I didn't find that any of them were game breaking or even major frustrations. Some of them I didn't even consider bugs but more "that's part of the game."

I don't intend for this to be an attack or to offend you, I am just curious.
This is a particular system bug:

When I play on my acer 8.9" netbook, game often crashes on start-up. (Often is 3 out of 5 times). When it does run, it runs painfully slow with huge lag for button presses. My desktop, however, is much older and yet is able to run this game no problem.

Love this game and wish I could play it at University when killing time.
Found one in the floating, spherical mausoleum where you gather the eight ghosts; the first time I did that, the dialog never triggered, leaving me stuck and forcing me to redo that entire segment.

If it matters, I'd gathered most of the souls, but then found the exit on the top-most side of the sphere and decided to pop outside for a spell before returning in to finish the job. The skeletons respawned, but the souls that weren't bound to a skeleton when I left the mausoleum remained free, meaning I only had to handle the souls I hadn't already brought to the altar. The cutscene where they go from indiscrete blobs into their actual "ghost" forms then occurred, but the text box that should come thereafter, as a part of that, never did.

Second time, without leaving the mausoleum, worked like a charm.

I've been having an issue with one of the boss fights but I'm not sure if its a bug or I not.
(Possible Spoilers)
After you get the sixth treasure and infiltrate Globocorp you have a boss battle. In this battle you have to avoid purple lasers, complete a hacking mini-game, and attack the two henchmen. According to a walkthrough I found online you have to do this whole sequence three times. The problem I keep having is when I finish the sequence the first time I couldn't interact with the computer to do the mini-game. With every other glitch all I had to do was exit and restart the game to fix it, but this problem isn't going away.
Does anyone else have this problem? Am I doing something wrong? How do I fix it?

I have played through the game twice now, and I'm on my third run. I totally LOVE this game! Through the first two runs I did encounter some bugs. Either the game would freeze, I wouldn't be able to use the action button, or I would just clip through something. But I have since then always managed to get around the bugs. But now, on my third run, I have gotten to the start of the mushroom city. At one point you are supposed to intentionally touch one of the psycho shrooms, which will reveal hidden platforms to jump on. But now when I touch a shroom my screen freezes. The screen remains frozen while the trippy music goes. Once the effect wears off, I can move again. But this bug is not allowing me to progress any further in the game. Any help?
On Pinon island, inside the locked room, the sand bag can be carried outside. After carrying the sandbag outside of the room, throwing the sandbag into the water, and entering the water, I can't get out of the boat/water. After quitting, and re-entering the underground room (game has not been saved), the sandbag immediately drops down from it's ledge, through the floor, making that section of the game impossible to complete...I think. Edit: After quitting a second time and re-entering the room, the strange sandbag behavior isn't showing up again.

I also have problem with souls in Mausoleum, I tried four times that, and I must re-enter that room because every time I can`t get two or three souls and game isn`t trigged cutscene and I must end game by ALT+F4 to exit.

Edit: I activated that at sixth time, I ended game at 100% with + but I saw also similar bug when I fighting with pirates at factory ending when they in vehicle and game also hang there when parrot hit them last time and I get past that at third time. Also flying with bottle is very annoing in that game.
