Why is the Mac version delivered as a folder full of miscellaneous files instead of as a proper Mac .app package?

I know we CAN run "/Applications/Transport Fever/run_galaxy" to execute the game, but the average Mac user couldn't be expected to know this.

So the first patch is out and the devs haven't done anything to fix the mac app. Hopefully they'll get this version together sometime soon.

That's a valid point. I've submitted ticket ZMTBNHVW for the problem.
