Just checked the system requirements and the graphics card requirements seem strange. The GOG page states for the minimum system requirements:

NVidia Geforce 275 GTX graphics card with 512mb memory

and:

Compatibility notice: This game is CPU and GPU intensive. There are a lot of bullets. It's stable on older Nvidia cards (8800 era) but with the frame rate made for a suboptimal experience.

Now, firstly, if it will run on the nvidia 8800 cards, surely they should be stated as minimum, and the GTX 275 as recommended? Or is something more powerful than a 275 recommended?

Secondly, why does it state a GTX 275 with 512MB memory when the GTX 275 comes with 896MB of memory? As far as I know, the GTX 275 never had any less than 896MB memory on it. Even my GTX 260 has 896MB memory on it.

So yes, the stated requirements just seem a little inconsistent.

EDIT: Just noticed it has a simultaneous release on Steam and it gives the same system requirements. GTX 275 +512MB memory. But don't they all have 896MB anyway?

I think it is because these statements should not be taken as one, but separate. So that it reads at least GTX 275 AND at least 512MB. This means that it do not run if you have a better card than GTX 275 if it have less than 512MB.

Well, probably the best explanation we can get, but it does state it will run (albeit at low frame rates and stability) on cards as early as the nvidia 8800s. I'd guess my GTX 260 with 896MB GDDR3 should be fine, though right now I'm in no rush to buy this.
