One of my favorite games '97-'01 It's fun to master the defensive weapons. That feeling when a critical expensive cannon finishes nanolathing. *Krogoth Encounter* steamrolls you with giant armored lumbering mechs that can 2 (or is it 3?) shot the commander from a broken distance gaming you over. The automatic targeting system should be available in KE. I figured out how to mod the scenario so that it's available but it's fun either way. My dad and I got this free game choice and he let me choose for us so I went for TA, then my mom a couple years later let me pick out a game and I went for the bundle. Boneyards was great, sad when it went away. Some of the downloadable replays out there are fire. Before this game I had been playing tank wars, scorched earth, deer hunter, chip's challenge, and a number of other DOS and Windows 3.1 games.

TA is such a great game. :-D
