I don't think there is a patch.
I searched on Steam, the only news about patch a saw was the first patch from 2015. There is no news about ulterior patches.
The game is the same version both on Steam and GOG.

This game is missing the first patch from May 21, 2015. Among other things, that patch added a vsync option and support for using a d-pad within the main menu. The latest game build here does not offer a vsync option in the settings nor can you use a d-pad (or any controller buttons) for navigating the main menu.
