Several reviews state this is a very short game. Nothing wrong with that, but has to be balanced with price. For the people who have played, could you give an indication of how long Toren would take to play through?

But then you spend twice as much thinking about all the symbolism :-)

So it was a highly valued short then? I don't need games to be long if they balance it out in other ways. I know if asking whether it delivers value for money is like asking how long is a piece of string, but I'm kind of asking it anyway!

I liked it. The visuals are pretty, the music is amazing and very fitting. It was an enjoyable experience overall. It was like reading a poem.

Plus I was looking for a game to get back into using my gamepad (which I haven't used in years). So all in all I am happy with the purchase. But it's up to you whether the current price seems worthwhile to you...

Total playtime I would guess was like others said - 3 hours? Maybe a little longer - I'm a bit slow at these types of games.

Very worth it. Not every game has to bore you to tears with hundreds of hours of playtime. I'd wait for a sale to pick it up, though.
