Hello fellow Debian users, Ubuntu lovers and Mint freaks!

Here you’ll find scripts allowing you to build a .deb package from your Windows installer for Torchlight. You can install it through DPKG and remove it through any APT front-end (apt-get, aptitude, synaptic, etc.).

Download links and usage instructions can be found on the following page:
Torchlight

I hope you’ll enjoy the comfort provided by these scripts as much as I enjoy writing and tweaking them ;)

Here you go for more supported games!

And all this time I was considering grabbing the Linux version of Torchlight off Humble Store.

HB Torchlight 1 is superior to GOG's sadly, as GOG's is windows binary that runs via wine, but HB also provides Linux native (drm-free). Like what currently GOG provides with Torchlight 2.
missing dependency in the created deb file, installed this in a clean vm of xubuntu 16.04 and all I got is a black screen with the pointer and sounds of the menu
and the bottom link in op signature is a dead link

Thanks, I fixed the link in the opening post.
For the black screen, I’ll give a try to a Xubuntu 16.04 soon to see if I can replicate your issue.
