Topic. I have a new computer I need to install torchlight 2 onto. I bought the game through the runic website. You used to be able to email support and they would give you your product key. Now that they are shut down how do I get my product key to be able to claim a GOG copy?

And if you registered prior with Runic you shall already (I think) have a product key. You might have to check your registry (here support might be able to assist you)

The studio is closed, but the community manager is still active for the time being, and helping out where possible.
I'm not entirely certain what their time commitments to it still are, as obviously they should be out there trying to find another full time gig, but they *are* around and still engaged with the community.
You should still be able to put a ticket in on https://support.runicgames.com and get a fix, but I would probably not wait too long as we're unclear on how long Brian will still be picking things up.

if you have your log in, log in here. once log in theres a tab for home and manage my account and then an option for my programd and account keys.

i had the same problem as you i logged in, got my key went to reclaim and it worked so i been playing for a week or so

for some reason it wouldnt let me post a web addy..just put a period between secure and runic and close the space and games and com and close the space along with the other spaces between words and symbols and get rid of all the periods after the word login

You need a rep of 5 to post links. You get one rep per day (if you post) and 5 rep for answering a question. This is one way for GOG to counter SPAM-bots ;)
