It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Hey,

I just found a way to play the gog-Version of TR1 in FullHD using only Freewaretools, that I wanted to share with you.

Basic Idea
Instead of using Glidos, use dgVoodoo from "dege dot freeweb dot hu" .
Everything is straightforward besides the fact, that there are 3 different glide2x.dlls, which you all need to replace. The folders are (with InstallDir/ being the directory where you installed the game):
InstallDir/Tomb Raider 1
InstallDir/DOSBOX
InstallDir/DOSBOX/win9x-glide2x
Due to this fact, I suggest to use the global config Option from dgVoodoo.

Config Tips
In dgVoodoo (I use Version 2.2):
- Appearance: Fullscreen
- Antialiasing: highest possible
- 3Dfx Splash screen: off (there is still one from the game itself, though)
- 3Dfx Watermark: off (this would be constantly visible)
- Resolution: FullHD

Future Tasks
- Actually I would prefer a Resolution of 1920x1440 with black borders left and right, to get the original aspect ration of 4:3. But I could not find how to do this.
- I didn't find Deges EMail address to thank him for dgVoodoo
- High-Res textures from "tombraiderxtra dot com" work only with Glidos. It would be great, if dgVoodoo would support texture replacement (again we would need to contact Dege)
- Also I disabled auto capure in DosBox-Config, Alt+Tab still does not work well. Any config Tips are appreciated.
