Hi all,

I'm struggling to get my copy of TRIII running. When I launch it, it tells me "Tomb Raider 3 Failed to Initialise, Please Run Setup" and in I've tried all the different set up settings and nothing has worked.

I'm running Windows 11.

Any help is appreciated, thanks all.

try running the .exe with -setup command

you can add this by creating a shortcut, open the preferences and add -setup at the end of the line beginning with target.

Worked for me
