Can anyone confirm with me whether the game contains the two DLC's Lara's Shadow and Beneath the Ashes?

I have the HD trilogy of Legend, Anniversary and Underworld on the PS3, and I found out that the two DLC's are not in the PS3 collection nor sold seperately. If I buy Underworld on GOG, will it come with these two DLC's included? It doesn't seem to mention anywhere on the store page about this.

If it's not included, does a mod exist that adds the DLC to the game?

The DLC is STILL exclusive to the Xbox 360. So no DLC anywhere else.
