TheFrommie86: Could you Clearify what the Recource Packs do?
AFAIK they just give you additional Gold and Jade no?
Yep its just resources like gold and jade and crafting resources.

Not important, but at the same time should not be missing.

Now that RotTR is Patched there's a good chance so will SotTR
Update regarding SotTR: I got a reply from GOG support yesterday, which asked for further details on how the missing content manifests and what leads me to believe that it should be included. I pointed to reports in this forum comparing the GOG relase with the Epic release.

Additionally, the GOG staff member suggested to also open a support request with Crystal Dynamics directly. So I just did that and asked for clarification on whether or not the DLCs in question are intended to be included in the GOG release.

I got the same reply.
But to be Honest I don't think they are intended to be in the GOG Release.
Sure the Epic Release has them, but the Steam Release doesn't by my knowlegde

I think you might be right. I own the Definitive Edition of this game on Steam and I don't have those in the DLC tab. I've also checked on SteamDB and looks like those were either pre-order only or never available for purchase.

That's a thing I've been mentioning in an Earlier Post (or in a siummilar thread I admit)

But yea. I also own it on steam and there the Recource Packs and Skill Bonus DLC were never part of the Definitive Edition.
They were Pre-order Bonuses and Promotional Bonuses from different Regions (as indecated by the file names).

Sure Epic Games included them, likely because of a Deal. But as said prior, Steam doesn't have them
Here's the reply from Crystal Dynamics support stating that they are aware of the difference in DLCs between the Epic and GOG builds. Reading it carefully, it acknowledges the difference, but does not explicitly state whether this is intentional.

I'd agree that - barring any patch in the near future - we shouldn't expect the DLCs to be part of the GOG release.

Thank you for contacting Shadow of The Tomb Raider Player Support and for your detailed inquiry regarding the GOG release of Definitive Edition.

We understand your concern about the absence of certain DLCs, specifically:

- Skills Booster Pack
- Chromosphere Resource Pack
- Baily’s Beads Resource Pack
- Corona Resource Pack
- Orange, Black, Red, Yellow, and White Shadow Band Resource Packs

At this time, these specific DLCs are not included or unlocked in the GOG version of the game, despite it being labeled as the "Definitive Edition." We are aware that the Epic Games Store version may include these packs by default, which has understandably led to confusion among players.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. While the GOG release does contain the seven major post-launch DLCs and core Definitive Edition content, the resource and cosmetic packs you mentioned are currently not part of the GOG build.

In the meantime, we recommend keeping an eye on the GOG forums and official support channels for any announcements or patches that may address this issue.

Thank you again for your patience and support. Don't hesitate to contact us should you need further assistance.

DenizOezmen:
I kind of expected that responseandonestly Spoken I am not opposef to it really if they don't get added.
As another User Previously conformes the Recource packs are just Additional Crafting Materials and the Skill Booster is the Same thibg we are Missing out on in Tomb Raider 2013.

They are just for an easier game start.
Here is another thing.
RotTR has 2 Community Reward outfits.
The Whiteout Jacket and the Blue Henley.

They are availavle when I load a Save File from a non GOG Save through the GOG Version but aren'T there when I load my old save.

Question if if they are supposed to be there or if they are an online Feature only

You should be able to unlock those in the GOG version, since they only cut out the co-op endurance mode.

I actually texted the Crystal Dynamics Support over this and got a Repy.
They confirmed that exe 2 Outfis are not Obtainable through Gameplay or DLCs.

"Thank you for contacting Rise of The Tomb Raider Player Support!

We understand that you would like to know whether the Whiteout Jacket and Blue Henley, part of the 2015 Community Rewards, were intended to be included in the GOG release of the game, and we appreciate you reaching out to us regarding this matter.

Unfortunately, we can confirm that these are not part of or currently obtainable on the GoG version of the game and also not part of any purchasable DLCs.

We understand this may not be the answer you were looking for but we hope for your understanding and invite you to get back to us for any further assistance you may need."

Which is Funny because they are obtainable through either other Dave FIles or through 3rd party Programs

So, to be clear, except for multiplayer and things to ease your start, there’s nothing missing ? every side quests, every objects, skins… everything is there ? I restrained myself from buying the pack in case there were content that wouldn’t be added at all, but if we’re good…

The Whiteout Jacket and the Blue Henley Outfit are still missing from Rise of the Tomb Raider unfortunately, as mentioned by TheFrommie86 above. Sadly i can confirm this. I could only "obtain" those Outfits by loading a Steam Save File, where everything was allready unlocked, including the outfits. Sadly they still werent unlockable in a new Save Game File after this. Rather sad for me, because those two are my favorite Oufits in the Game, even if they´re only reskins from the Standard Outfits).

I do still hope that another Patch will make them avaible.

PS: sorry for my bad english, i am from germany and my knowledge of englsih is limited.

(and thanks to everyone for testing this out)

Noted, thanks for your answer (and evelyone else for figuring this out). Is there any hope in this direction ?

I’m not english myself but apart from the repetition of »sad / sadly« and the typo on your last occurence of the word »english« everything seems fine.

I also want to point to my first comment of the Page where I got an Email of the Crystal Dynamics support regarding the 2 outfits in question
