I've just installed TOCA and I'm having issues getting it to run in widescreen. I have a 24" screen, with a native resolution of 1920x1200 (16:10). Selecting this in the hardware setup app, is fine. When I exit setup, and run it again, 1920x1200 is still selected.
However when I run the game it runs pillarboxed in a 4:3 aspect ratio.
Has anyone else seen this? Or better yet, got a solution? :)
Windows 7 x64

Nvidia 8800GT
Dell 24" 1920x1200

If that doesn't get it the only thing I would think would be something in your monitor settings, but I'm sure you've already checked that. My 280's under Vista 64 appear to work fine with it other than the fov stretch using 185.85 forcewares.

We checked Toca 3 with you resolution on similar setting with windows 7 .
Everything work's fine here – setup remember the settings and game starts up with 16:10 , 1920x1200 resolution without problem .
Please contact the support with your dxdiag if you still need help with this one .
Hi guys,
Thanks for your replies. After some fiddling I have managed to get the game running at 1920x1200 correctly. I didn't do anything special, I just applied the settings I wanted, then some other settings, then the ones I wanted again.
I have no idea why this worked, but its working at least :)
