TTM is now listed in the new and updated section of my GOG. Has anything of note been added, or is this just a bug fix?

Maybe optimistic, but I would certainly love a pleasant surprise, like the holiday minisode was!

More languages apparently, so I suppose if you already prefer English, there is no need to download the game again.

Thankfully GOG seem to create threads in the game's forum these days. Would be nice with some way to tell in the game download section what was actually new though.
