I was having problem completing the egypt act, there was the Eye of Chaos left to get. I tried to kill the Scorpion King boss over and over again with no success, then someone sugested this on steam forums:

If you have this problem do what I did and it probably will help. When I first killed the boss and clicked on altar the item animation started but eye was nowhere to be seen. Searched the forums but couldnt find anything. Restarted the game and this is what I did:

When you come back to the temple open the gate but dont fight the boss, instead go to the altar and click on it. It should drop the item. After that kill the boss and get the item from the floor. Overall this was the only bug I encountered and having so much fun. Thanks to THQ Nordic for the gift!

This solution worked for me. Hope it works for anyone else having this problem!

Does not work for me. When I try to click the altar, it says: This is locked.

I fixed the problem reducing the speed of the animations.

There is no speed below normal, so that did not work also. But playing around I disabled V-sync and set CPU affinity to just 2 cores. And then it worked. Although there were some problems, where mouse clicks would send back to task manager, but I managed to get by.

The bug is still here in 1.44
I had to go in the game options, I put the speed on Normal (I was on Fast), and remove the V-Sync (I don't know wich one made the trick).
I killed the KingSkorpos again and that was good I could take the Eye.
I switched back to my past options, as without VSync my graphical card is getting some hot with this game (I hear its fan).
