Hi, as per the post from 2016 to 2017, I am unable to launch the game.

I have a new laptop and I have installed the game with the latest version.
I have reinstalled the graphics driver as well as Visual C++.
I am on windows 11 Pro 64-bit with a Nvidia RTX 500 Ada graphics card.
Please can you help.
