I can't find the game installed anywhere.

I was able to install it manually by typing

sudo installer -pkg ~/Downloads/tis_100_en_11_27_2017_16791.pkg -verbose -target /

Finder popped up a window, I selected /Applications from it, and it installed there.

I'm not sure what prevented it from installing on its own (by double-clicking on the pkg).
