Just figured I would make a post for any future buyers to be aware that this game may flat out not work even with all the tips and tricks to do so. After spending about half a day trying everything from what people said on PCGamingWiki / Steam forums for the game / GoG Forums / Basic googling of issues. Nothing worked to get past the loading screen before you even get to the main menu.
Here's my specs in case someone sees this and has a similar set up that might have had luck to get it to run and hopefully would be able to share.
CPU: I7-8700k
GPU: 1080ti
Ram : 16g
Already asked for a refund but figured I would make a post in case someone comes up with something new that can get it to work before its removed from my account.
