I'm probably missing something obvious here - but how do you exit from the game? There must be a better way than killing it from the windows task manager...

I know this sounds stupid because honestly, I don't know why there isn't a button in the menu, to begin with, you have to press the ESC key on your keyboard to exit the game.

I was so used to playing this on an iPod touch some years ago (Before the battery deteriorated to the point where it wouldn't start up even when connected to a charger) that I didn't think to try the keyboard (oops!).

No worries. To be frank, it could be a bit more intuitive than just push a button on your keyboard. I accidentally found that when I was using the ESC key when I was trying to go back to the menu at the time.
