My game interface is incomplete. no way to open war camp or map. the sign posts are not interacting/responding.

Maybe because you are still in the tuturial part of the game?

During the game you can open the map with the 'm' key. Not sure if there is a shortcut for camp.

No,
I completed tutorial. I believe the key issue are the signposts - I cannot interact with them. Holding the right mouse key does not activate them. As in the attached screenshots.

Yes, it happened to me as well couple of times - the UI icons disappear (the whole menu on left - even the settings).
Didn't capture it. I just restarted the game.
