After i used my 1st teleport sign, all my camp map etc buttons disappeared and keyboard wasnt responding anymore. Couldnt save or exit game properly. Good thing that after pressing alt+f4 and reloading the game all my progress was saved

I experienced this, too. It fixed itself after a battle ( was too scared to force-quit and lose progress, lol)
