You could move all the translations out of the archive, and into an dedicated folder. This could look like this:
Three kingdoms story Conussia\game\tl\english
Three kingdoms story Conussia\game\tl\japanese
Three kingdoms story Conussia\game\tl\thai
This way people could make their own translations, or run their own favorite translation algorithm over the script(s).
