Whenever i try to start the game i get the message that the file XINPUTI_3.dll is missing and i can´t run the program.
It suggests that i re-install the program so i do that with patches and everything.
And the problem is still there, anyone know how to fix it or where to get the file??

A quick search lists several sites where you can find this file but I don't know if any of them are reliable.
I did find that it's probably part of DirectX so you should try reinstalling DirectX

To expand on what gnarbrag said, try downloading and (re-?)installing DirectX 9.0c. DO NOT just download the one missing .dll file from some random site -- grab the DirectX installer from the Microsoft website.
This is a fix that worked for me for that game so I share it here...

Step 1: Delete the XINPUT1_3.dll file from both the System32 file and the SysWOW64 file. You can delete these by:

1) Move your mouse into a corner on the right side of the screen, and select "Search"
2) Type in "C:" then hit enter.

3) Navigate to the "Windows folder", then go into the System32 folders and SysWOW64 folders, and delete the DLL files.

4) Restart your PC.
Once that's done, move on to..

Step 2: Delete the X3DAudio1_7.dll file from the same locations, System32 and SysWOW64. Refer to the directions above, and do the same for this file.

Then, restart your PC.

Step 3: Reinstall DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer

(I cannot post links for now so see the picture)

Once it is installed, restart your computer.

Once your computer is booted back up ,your issue should be fixed.
