Sup!

Thought I'd give modding a shot but looking through my installation folders I don't seem to find the tools people use for modding (StoryTeller mostly)-

Is there any official support for this, github project or workaround like installing/running with wine?
Been looking around but haven't found anything regarding modding in Nix-- I'm not a lazy naysy and will try the windows installer with wine but I'm hoping to avoid this route.
