How do you do that - sneak passed zombies? I have not figured that out. I am careful, but inevitably, they find me!

zombies are dumbs as rocks (you know, that brain all rotted thing), and extremely easy to sneak by. if they manage to find you somehow, just run, they will forget about you after a short while.

Proximity matters as much as visibility or sound with them, because they can 'smell' you. If you're determined to sneak (I usually don't bother with them), just keep your distance from them if possible.

Will soon (when i get off my bum, release a complete play through of Thief 1 and 2 with included cheating and messing about.

Why cheats and trainers you might ask?
Because no one else does it, and most of my vids are cut down, some are super short and contains two missions in a vid.

My Play through aren't made to show HOW to complete them, just show some of the stuff/highlights i did on my journey through the games for the 90th time.
Will make a new thread with a link to the playlist. When i eventually Finish Thief 3 and the vids i made for it, i shall do some bulk uploading.

Reason for writing this is because i will address zombies often and how to muck about with them, Abuse them to distract guards and such.

Or how to kill a guard with a plate. Because that makes sense is is completely useful (174 hits for a kill >.>)

But was that a double hit on the guard that skyrocketed him? He mentioned hitting and leaning, but not a double hit.

Stay in the shadows (visibility gem not be lit). They work like your typical guard, but they are slower and dumber. Just take care to note their patrol routes and you'll be fine. You can always stock up on undead equipment and cap their ass; even in highest difficulty you are allowed to kill them and the provisions are enough in number to deal with all of them. Especially if you are strategic, like felling them with sword, many in small area, then holy water arrow their asses en masse.
