Just wondering if others who have installed the trio - Gold, 2 and "3" - have found that Gold and Metal Age will launch straight to the game menu but Deadly Shadows, for some reason, has the UAC shield attached to the shortcut icon and that means I always gets hit by UAC and I have to give permission every...single...time I launch the program. It has got real irritating. Is this a GOG error for this game? Makes no sense. OK, it's a couple of seconds delay and it should not wind me up, but it does . . . the annoying little ""bong" sound and the permission screen just gets my goat. I uninstalled and re-installed as soon as this started happening but made no difference. There is a workaround using task scheduler but then you are stuck with the 30 seconds of launch graphics which do not respond to the ESC key - so GOG has clearly tinkered with the t3 executable. Before whining at GOG I wanted to check if others experience the same issue. Windows 10 o/s.

Set the game executable to always run as administrator, or deactivate UAC.
