Can someone explain this to me. Downloaded Thief Gold last night, it says patched to 1.37 on the purchase site. My game only runs in version 1.21. I am assuming patch 1.33 is for Thief: Dark Project (NOT GOLD VERSION)...

How do I get TG to run at 1.37? What is 1.21? Is 1.37 even compatible with 1.21 Gold?

Confused and can't seem to find the answer since everyone already seems to know what they are talking about in these threads.

the last GOG release of Thief Gold uses the updated (NewDark) Thief2 engine, and therefore, the Thief2 version numbering as well.

to make it short, everything is ok, don't worry and play the game.

Just a question: Doesn't the Thief 2 engine have pathfinding issues with Thief Gold?

the GOG version of Thief Gold includes fixes that prevent those issues.
