Go to the opinion button at the bottom (the smiley face - or not so smiley if you aren't doing well).
Once in that window with the guest opinions, on the right hand side there is a bar chart icon. This is your stocks of foodstuffs. You can then select the food type, select the amount to order with the slider and then send the order. You will have to wait for the delivery though, it isn't instant.
