So, how many languages are available for this game?

-German (GER)
-Swedish (SWE)
-Spanish (SPA)

I'm guessing French and Italian are also available (maybe with FRA and ITA?).

Ich habe das Spiel unter Programme und dann mit Rechtsklick auf Paketinhalte anzeigen....aber was nun....

Ich finde kein LANG-0123....
Und kein ".eng"


Ewas muss ich tun?!

Solved it on my own:

FOR GERMAN

Finder
>Programme
>Right click on Theme Hospital then "Paketinhalt anzeigen"
>contents
>resources
>Right click on Theme.hospital.boxer then "Paketinhalt anzeigen"
>c.Harddisk-->DATA

Change LANG-0.DAT in LANG-2.DAT and LANG-2.DAT in LANG-0.DAT

I have download the german version and installed it, but it isnt german language or voice there :-/

Are the announcements (the female voice which comes once in a while) in german too?

All 6 lang - full localization. But i cant guarantee that all voices are female.

But in the overview it only says text is in 6 languages, not audio. Maybe I give it a try for this little money.

Im download riht now and later check especially GER version... Yes it have DEU female voiceover.

P.S. All 6 lang in one package
GOG mistaken described 6 url as different. All 6 static url redirect to same temp url for file
setup_theme_hospital_v3_(28027).exe
P.S.2 GOG and Origin have only RIP dos version (probably not last patch). Better find EA Classics or something like that iso (all retail version have both DOS\WIN). Archive org have Sold Out Software iso, but it corrupt file (or fake). Native WIN version work perfect on Win 7 x64 SP1 Ultimate (except installer, but you can find x64 installer - official and not). Same for Win 8.1 x64 Pro.
