I've played this game on easy onto lv. 6 or 7. And I've started up again on normal this time.
Money is a bit tighter on normal, so on lv.2, I noticed that whenever a nurse cures a patient with invisibility, the green "I've payed you 1400$" will appear over the patients head, but the cash down in the left corner is NOT raised by 1400. I get nothing. Even if I check the in/out balance (right click the $ icon) the treatment is not logged.

I've checked with the earlier easy save, and the same problem exists here. Money wasn't a issue here, so I didn't notice it.

I've tried to both reduce and increase the treatment cost (75%, 80%, 90% 100% and 105%) for invisibility. But still, nothing. The patient appears to pay, but the game doesn't register it in anyway except the green money icon when leaving the pharmacy.

What's happening here is that the patient is paying through his or her insurance company. This means you will get the money eventually (unless the advisor tells you the patient is leaving without paying) but it won't appear in your bank balance (or on your balance sheet) instantly.

If you left-click on the dollar sign, on the right hand of the banker screen there are amounts owed by each of the insurance companies -- one of these should have raised by 1400 when the patient was treated.
Ohh. Insurance!
This explains it really. Thanks!
But most healed by potion appear on balance statistic screen immediately with relevant text (and addition -100$ for potion expenses (self-costing))
