If you want to install the game throught galaxy i think you need some redistributable like visual c++ redistributable x86, don't know if you need x64 also but it's usefull for other games and galaxy.

But the question i have you could also use the offline installers under your forum account games and under the game you should check the download offline backup games installers click that and get the offline installers like that.
Are you on windows os or something else?
Also try the download gog galaxy in the down right corner of the gog forums that says Download GOG Galaxy for windows.
If not just use the offline installers
