Im on level 4 i think lol every time i get to the stage where i build the x ray my reputation turns red and it fails the level (brings up a bad news article) I've tried at least 10 times and every single time this happens regardless of how well i was doing before. Its as if it just crashes out every time i get to that stage, tried to delete the application and start again but it won't let me remove it.

anyone able to help me, getting really annoyed with it now!

I've never had this issue myself, but a simple workaround could be to do both of the following:
1. Don't build an X-ray machine
2. Put Consultants in your GPs offices (rather than Doctors or Juniors)

You may be surprised at how big a difference the Consultants have in a GPs office. You can survive without most of the diagnosis rooms on some levels.
