Hi, I have been playing the game fine until I get promoted to level 4 and the game completely crashes on the board game screen. I've restarted etc and it's still not working.. what would cause this and how can I fix it please?

Are you sure it crashed? I know it seems like it freezes, but try clicking your mouse.

Did you change the language of the game? Or install third party language patch or anything? This issue was notorious in the French version of Theme Hospital, where the translation itself froze/crashed the game on the board game screen upon reaching the fourth level. The only time I've been able to play the fourth level and finish the game was when I played it in English.

The game crashes on level 4, when the statistics panel appears.
Every time starts a video where the doctor is caught in the WC or in the cemetery....
What that means?
What can I do?
I restart the saved game 10 times and I haven't installed anything or changed the language.

That means you've lost the level and have to start it again. Watch out for budget's balance, reputation and goals in this level.

and how can I restart che 4th level?
If I go to the previous game it's stoped at 2nd level.

If you don't have any save from level 4, that's a pity - you have to start it from level 2 then... But look at save slot 8 - that's a place for autosave, where you should have got last progress from level 4.
